How can evidence be assigned to a location?

There are two ways to assign where your evidence is located.

The first method is to work from within the Evidence Manager. Once you select your evidence files, your subsequent steps will be to add titles and any descriptions to the evidence (as you desire), and also to select (from a pull-down field) your standard or benchmark where you would like your evidence assigned. This process should be similar to a checkout process on an e-commerce shopping cart. You will not be able to complete the process without assigning your location for evidence.

The second method to assign location is to work directly from the location where you wish to assign your evidence. If you were to navigate to any benchmark in your self study, you will see a blue upload block at the bottom of each benchmark below the ratings and your typed narrative. From this box you can either upload new evidence files or attach a web link, or you can "attach" files or links you have already uploaded by going back to the Evidence Manager and selecting your desired files or links. This is a similar process as described above, but will bring you back to the benchmark once you have completed the attachment.
